3.3.6.1 Extended horizontal reach. When specified (see 6.2), the boom assembly shall provide the extended horizontal reach specified in table X in lieu of the reach specified in table IX.

* 3.3.7 Rotation (boom assembly). The boom assembly shall be capable of continuous rotation in either direction in the horizontal plane. The turntable motor shall rotate the loaded basket(s) through an arc of 360 degrees in not less than 60 seconds and not more than
230 seconds. The turntable rotating device shall remain in a fixed position when the hydraulic
motor is de-energized. The turntable shall be capable of smoothly rotating the aerial platform assembly up and down a 5 percent grade when loaded to the rated working capacity, and producing the maximum attainable tipping moment.
